Конструкция
В ряду позиций усиленных стальных опор оцинкованная винтовая свая 219х4500 мм выделяется следующими конструкционными особенностями (в мм): ствол с Ø 219 и толщиной стенки 6 – это основание, после заполнения ЦПС обеспечивающее сопротивляемость высоким нагрузкам. Длина 4500, и ширина лопасти 550 – параметры, гарантирующие неподвижность всему фундаменту после закручивания столба в грунт. Еще одна характеристика (антикоррозийное покрытие цинком) – продлевает срок службы изделия в несколько раз в сравнении с другими видами стандартной продукции.
Производство
При выпуске СВС 219 используются те же производственные процессы, что и при изготовлении других свай: подготовка деталей методом штамповки и нарезки проката, изгибание для придания им нужной формы, сборка в единое изделие способом сварки. На последнем этапе готовые столбы подвергают горячему цинкованию: их погружают в чаны с расплавленным цинком при t 460˚С. Тонкая защитная пленка, образующаяся при этом на поверхности, защищает стальную конструкцию от агрессивных факторов внешней среды и мелких повреждений механического характера.
Сфера применения
При способности выдерживать нагрузки до 12 т оцинкованные СВС 219/4500 мм могут быть использованы для сооружения оснований под брусовые и бревенчатые постройки, дома из кирпича и бетона, промышленные здания, склады и ангары, эстакады и трубопроводы, пристани и вышки ЛЭП. Их применение востребовано на участках с закисленным или очень влажным грунтом, при наличии в нем скалистых вкраплений или строительного мусора.

Где применяются винтовые сваи 219 мм?
Промышленые СВС Ø219 мм с диаметром лопасти Ø550 мм рассчитаны на полезную нагрузку до 12 т. Несущая способность, в значительной степени, зависит от характеристик грунта. Для точных расчетов применяются данные геологии. Используются для строительства:
мостов;
ангаров;
складов;
трубопроводов;
торговых центров;
вышек сотовой связи.
Что входит в услугу «монтаж под ключ»?
Полный комплекс работ включает:
разметку свайного поля;
закручивание винтовых свай;
выравнивание по горизонтали с помощью нивелира и подрезка болгаркой;
засыпку в стволы сухой ЦПС (цементно-песчаной смеси);
приваривание оголовков;
прокрашивание сварных швов грунт-эмалью.
Сколько свай вы можете установить за день?
Вручную — около 30 штук. Спецтехникой (мини-экскаватором): 50-90 шт. Количество зависит от типа грунтов, от наличия препятствий и продолжительности светового дня. Препятствиями бывают: крупные валуны или строительный мусор, массивные корни деревьев. В таком случае требуются дополнительные работы. Рекомендуем заказывать механизированный монтаж: это экономия времени и средств.
Можно ли работать зимой?
Мы монтируем фундаменты 365 дней в году. Зимний период прекрасно подходит для установки винтовых свай. Однако, есть ограничения по методике закрутки. Мерзлый грунт почти непригоден для ручного монтажа. Поэтому, подавляющее большинство работ в зимний период — механизированные. Заказывайте мини-экскаватор!
Обратите внимание: снег с пятна застройки убирать не нужно. Он, словно одеяло, сохраняет тепло земли: под толстым слоем снега почва промерзает на меньшую глубину, что облегчает завинчивание свай.
Зима — идеальное время для установки пирса. Гораздо проще и дешевле вывести мини-экскаватор на толстый лед и пробурить, чтобы закрутить сваи, чем летом арендовать понтоны. Заказывайте пирсы зимой!
Чем бетонируют сваи?
Мы не заливаем жидкий бетон в стволы свай, а засыпаем сухую цементно-песчаную смесь (ЦПС) марки М-300. В частном строительстве легких 1-2 этажных домов основная функция бетонирования — защита от коррозии. Практика показала, что ЦПС справляется с задачей лучше бетона. ЦПС поглощает конденсат, который образуется при перепадах температур, таким образом свая самобетонируется. Жидкий раствор крайне трудно налить так, чтобы исключить образование полостей, где может начаться окисление стали. Сухая же смесь заполняет весь объем равномерно.
